Easy Hard Candy Shaped Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 30 sheets dumpling skin
  • 120 g your favorite cheese I used Mozzarella.
  • 1 cup(250ml) tomato sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200oC (392oF).
  • Cut the cheese into 1cm squares.
  • Put 1 tsp of the tomato sauce and the daced cheese on the dumpling skin.

  • Put water in hands with empty space of the dumpling skin. And fold both ends.

  • Turn over the dumplings and pinch the edge one by one.

  •  Bake the dumplings for 10 minutes until golden brown around the edges.

Notes

When the dumplings fresh out of the oven, don't burn your mouth!
