your favorite cheese
I used Mozzarella.

cup(250ml)
tomato sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200oC (392oF).
Cut the cheese into 1cm squares.
Put 1 tsp of the tomato sauce and the daced cheese on the dumpling skin.
Put water in hands with empty space of the dumpling skin. And fold both ends.
Turn over the dumplings and pinch the edge one by one.
Bake the dumplings for 10 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
Notes
When the dumplings fresh out of the oven, don't burn your mouth!
