Ingredients
1cupdiced fresh / frozen mango
1cup(250 ml) whole milk
3tbspwhite sugarI used granulated sugar.

2fresh mangoes
Instructions
Place the diced frozen / fresh mangoes, the milk and the sugar in a food processor / blender and process until well blended.
Pour the mixture into ice-cube trays or specific containers of your shaved ice machine and freeze overnight until completely solid.
Cut the fresh mangoes into dice and set aside in the fridge.
Place a serving bowl under the shaved ice machine and put the mango ice into the machine. Then quickly process until the shaved ice look like a mountain.
Top the shaved ice with the diced fresh mangoes and serve immediately.
