A while ago, I went to a ABC cooking class. The class taught me Temari Sushi, known as small ball-shaped sushi. Temari sushi is made with bite size can be eaten quickly by Geisha in between working. It looks very pretty colored by eggs, fish and vegetables on top. In addition, we made fried Tempura called Kakiage, soup and cherry blossom cakes.
The class was a group of six people and was taken two hours. ABC is one of the largest cooking schools in Japan which has more than 100 places. Many places are all you can drink including alcohol when you eat together after classes. Isn’t it awesome?
